By using this self-probing process, you will increase your personal power, sense of fulfillment and the knowledge of your whole self.
You will be better able to discover your initial, inner voice, in order to give creative expression to your thoughts and feelings and communicate them to others.
Your stress will be relieved and your emotions will be easier to bear.
The process in Finding Your Muse is recuperative and healing.

· Present them by utilizing what surrounds you, and

Whether you want to write a poem, draw or paint an image, or creatively portray a dream, there is a strategic process that can be utilized to tap into your creative self.
There is a three-part strategy that will be used. Three (3) 50 minute sessions per month will be devoted to each strategy, resulting in a total of nine (9) sessions over a 3-month period of time. To achieve the full benefits of this program, a three-month commitment is recommended.
Strategy One: Portraying your feelings and thoughts by using your senses and your surroundings :
- Listening, Seeing, Touching, etc.
Strategy Two: Presenting your feelings and thoughts by using what is familiar to you, presently and historically:
- Tying your feelings into your life events, a person, a natural occurrence
Strategy Three: Packaging what you sense, what you know, what you think and feel, what you dream or remember.
- Creating all of this into a new form, with words, images, sounds,
motion
Finding Your Muse is intended for those who are interested in learning how the creative process can be evoked, leading to knowledge of your whole self, personal power and fulfillment.
This is a strategy for POSITIVE SELF-EXPRESSION, whether it be for fun or to make your emotions easier to bear. You do not need to be an established songwriter, poet or artist of any kind. All you need is a desire to put into words or imagery what you are thinking or feeling.
FINDING YOUR MUSE DOES NOT GUARANTEE PUBLICATION OF YOUR CREATIONS, but it will assist you in finding a focus and direction for your creative energy, which you might then want to pursue in another venue.
There are may triggers to the need for creative expression: a life event, a person, an event in nature, any intense feeling or experience and the human desire to let someone else know what you are thinking or feeling.
Whether it be your need to conceptualize your individuality or gain insight into your personal identity, reflect on a life-changing event or on the changing social climate, taking time and FINDING YOUR MUSE is a beneficial personal-growth exercise.
The strategies offered have been successfully utilized by your facilitator/coach, Dolores Mazurkewicz, and are based in thirty years of training and professional experience in counseling and teaching.
